Property's Location, space, design and security.
If I have one thing to ask the owner is to see if they can try to fix the noise of the boiler as it makes it a bit uncomfortable to sleep at night.. Overall 9/10

Very nice appartment on a good location
The appartment was spotless clean, location is great. Easy to get from and to the airport by metro and the city centre.
Some miscommunications regarding check in possibilities. It took about 1 1/2 hours fromt the moment we stood at the front door until we could enter the building. But in the end we had a very nice stay. Late check out was a possibility but again we never hearrd anything after we asked for the availability. Top=Nice stay!, Tip=reachable and clear communication.
